Mog Houses

San d’Oria:

The cathedral ceiling of the Sandy mog house makes it look bigger than the other nation houses but it has the same floor space. Because it’s so big, I went for rich mahogany-colored wood and a bit bolder color on the walls.

Bastok:

Since Bastok mog house usually looks so tiny and dark, I went with plain light colors to open it up a bit. Nothing really stands out here, and it actually came out a bit more feminine than I had originally planned. I might play around with the floors here later since it kinda looks like snow now…

Windurst:

I wanted to keep the textures natural and keep that “cabin in the woods” feel, but the old mog house looked like it was made from rotten wood. New colors, more defined planking on the walls, marble fountain and wall runner. Windy is actually my least favorite mog house MOD. I’ve never gotten this exactly right…but this is closer to what I want than it’s ever been.
